A customer can only return an item within 30 days. Customers will receive a refund.

However items will not be refunded if the conditions aren’t valid.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs for returning an item will not be refunded.

This webshop is a property of Amber Rowntree. In addition, any photos, designs, graphics, text or other content are protected by worldwide copyright. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, transfer, sell or modify any portion of this site without permission from Amber Rowntree. 

All products are sent from the Netherlands. There are many safe payment options, such as Mastercard, Paypal, Visa and Ideal. Customers are liable for any import taxes on their side. 

All products are in stock, therefore the processing time only includes the time it takes to pack and post the product. This usually takes 1 or 2 days. The delivery time varies and depends on the destination of each order. Estimated delivery times are often written down in the product description. When ordering more than one item, please assume the longest estimated delivery time. 

Amber Rowntree tries to help the environment as much as possibl by reusing packaging. All products are therefore packed in reused boxes or envelopes. For additional gift wrapping please contact Amber Rowntree via the contact form below. 

Packages from Amber Rowntree are sent from the Netherlands by DHL or PostNL. With these carriers customers are able to track their package. 

Please contact Amber Rowntree via the contact form below if your order is missing certain parts or hasn’t arrived at all. Please wait a few days longer than the estimated delivery time. If your order is still missing after 14 days, Amber Rowntree will send you a replacement immediately. When you receive your shipment, please check to confirm that you received all the ordered items. Missing parts are sent within 2 days. 

Amber Rowntree reserves the right to block, delete or otherwise restrict comments and posts from her social media channels which contain personal attacks, hateful of divisive speech, profanity, or those to promote personal, political or other unrelated business.

Amber Rowntree hopes this will promote an atmosphere where friends and customers can engage in productive and positive conversation.

Freelance Work

  • At the start of each assignment it is agreed how many improvement rounds are included in the price.
  • Deadlines are agreed in advance during consultation. Delays can also be prevented by providing timely feedback on concepts or elaborations that have been delivered in the meantime.
  • The responsibility for delays caused by a late response from the client therefore rests with the client, and can mean a delay in the deadline. 

In case of additional work or delay as a result of a change in the assignment or change in the briefing, an additional price will be determined in joint consultation. 

The client is not permitted to make changes or have changes made to the designs without consent of the contractor. 

The name of the designer must be mentioned in an appropriate manner in the publication, unless otherwise agreed. 

  • Unless otherwise agreed, the copyright remains with the designer.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the client obtains the exclusive right to publish the designs in the agreed publication by payment.
  • If the client wishes to use the designs more often, in a reprint of in addition material such as social media, Amber Rowntree will first be contacted about this. We can agree on a fee for this. 

The contractor guarantees that the work delivered is original. The contractor will also not sell the work to thirdparties, unless agreed otherwise or determined in consultation. 

Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. If the client does not fulfill his payment obligations, he is not allowed to publish / reproduce the work. 

The contractor cannot be held liable for:

  • Errors in the materials provided by the client.
  • Misunderstandings, errors or shortcomings with regards to the implementation of the agreement if these are caused by actions of the client, such as the late or non-delivery of complete data or materials.
  • Errors of third parties engaged by or on behalf of the client.
  • Defects in quotations from suppliers or for exceeding quotations from suppliers.
  • Errors or shortcomings in the design, if the client has given his approval or has been given the opportunity to carry out a check and has not made use of it.
