This video project was custom made for the Works Council at Moolenaar. In 2025, I joined the council as secretary, taking on the responsibility for all internal communication between management, council members and employees. 

Together with the rest of the team, I worked to represent the rights of employees and to improve the working environment across the company.

At the time, our Works Council was not at full capacity. We had only three members, while companies with more than fifty employees were required to have at least five. To support the search for new members, I created an animated promotional video. Using my animation and editing skills in Premiere Pro, I made the video both interactive and engaging, giving it a creative edge that stood out. It was not just informative; it was personal, visual and dynamic.

This project allowed me to use my creative talents for a meaningful purpose and made me a valuable asset to the Works Council team, not only in communication but also in advocacy and employee engagement.
