Audits & Certifications: Experienced in preparing for and supporting both internal and external audits in compliance with various standards such as ISO 9001, FSC, PEFC, MPS Ecas, Sedex, Skal, Adeo QMS, TOPS (Tesco Ornamental Packing Standard), and OHAS (Ornamental Horticulture Packhouse Standard).

Process Management: Responsible for documenting and optimising processes, procedures, and work instructions based on internal audit findings.

Quality Management System: Establishing and managing the quality management system, with a focus on timely document reviews in preparation for unannounced audits.

Risk Assessment & HACCP: Setting up and conducting Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) and HACCP analysis, including documentation of findings and implementation of improvement measures.

Complaints Management: Full responsibility for handling complaints from UK customers, from registration and analysis to follow-up actions.

Traceability Testing: Conducting traceability tests and recall simulations to meet customer and certification requirements.

Health & Safety: Coordinating first aid and emergency response tasks, including managing materials, first aid kits, evacuation plans, and ensuring up-to-date safety instructions and the use of appropriate safety clothing.

Quality Control: Carrying out product and safety inspections and ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements.

Product Testing: Responsible for scheduling, recording, and documenting product tests, including maintaining samples for complaint handling and quality assurance.

Pest Control: Serving as the point of contact for the pest control company and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions.

Environmental Management: Managing water, waste, and chemical flows, including waste segregation, handling hazardous substances, and ensuring the availability of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Customer Portals: Managing customer portals, including maintaining supplier certifications and completing environmental and gender equality questionnaires.

Sustainability and Improvement Projects: Initiating and leading the Green Team and other sustainability projects aimed at enhancing the workplace environment for both customers and employees.

Employee Council: Actively involved in the employee council, with primary responsibilities including setting up, conducting, and analysing employee satisfaction surveys.

As a freelance graphic designer, I work with a diverse range of clients on various creative projects, from illustrations to full branding concepts. One of my favourite projects was illustrating the children’s book ‘A is for Anansi’. I have also designed cards for ‘Kaartje2go’ and, in addition to client work, I run my own webshop, which allows me to showcase my creative work to a larger audience.

I also collaborate with the design agency ‘Qiss Reclame & Resultaat’, where I have contributed to developing visual identities for businesses. One key project involved creating a new brand identity for the bathroom company ‘Scheffer’, which included designing business cards, letterheads, and other graphic materials that enhanced the company’s visual identity.
